The STIHL MSA 160 C-B chainsaw is a powerhouse among battery-powered chainsaws. The direct power transmission to the STIHL 1/4"-PM3 saw chain and the intelligently controlled motor power ensure high cutting performance, even with thicker branches and beams. Due to the low number of electrical components, the saw is a real lightweight despite its power. With its 3.1 kg (without battery), even longer work assignments can be carried out without tiring the user. With the STIHL quick chain tensioner, you can tension the chain safely and easily even without tools.

All cordless tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for professional applications and for daily use, even in adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they have tested splash water protection. The effectiveness is demonstrated by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
