Shipping Information

Thank you for your interest in our products and for placing an order with Landtechnik Breindl.

Transparency and reliability are our top priorities. Below you will find all important information regarding delivery areas, shipping costs, delivery times, and further details about the shipping of your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany

If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us via our contact form before placing your order. We will gladly check individually whether shipping is possible and what shipping costs would apply.

Processing Time

After successful receipt of payment, your order will be carefully checked and prepared for shipping.

The processing time is usually 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Within this period, the following will occur:

  • Payment receipts are checked
  • Items are picked
  • Goods are securely packed
  • Shipping labels are created
  • Order is handed over to the shipping service provider

In cases of particularly high demand, special promotions, or public holidays, the processing time may be slightly longer. Of course, we will inform you transparently in such cases.

Delivery Times

The delivery time is composed of the processing time and the shipping duration of the respective shipping service provider.

Standard delivery times:

Germany:

7–9 business days after shipping

Please note that these are average values. In individual cases (e.g., due to high parcel volume or unforeseen logistical delays), there may be deviations.

Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is carried out by established and reliable logistics partners such as:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • or comparable shipping service providers

The selection of the shipping partner depends on the delivery address and shipping method.

📬 Delivery & Acceptance

Please ensure that the specified delivery address is complete and correct.

If a delivery attempt fails, the shipping service provider will usually leave a notification.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge new shipping costs.

📦 Transit Damage

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt for any transit damage.

If your goods arrive damaged:

  1. Document the damage (photos of packaging and goods)
  2. Contact us promptly.

We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

Further Information

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Deliveries to parcel stations are possible if correctly specified.
  • In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, delivery may be delayed.
