The two-hand control allows for easy and comfortable operation. Starting is done by simultaneously pressing the switches on the bail handle and the rear handle. The latter is equipped with soft grip surfaces that provide excellent grip in any working direction. To protect the cutting blades from damage when working close to the ground or in contact with walls, the STIHL HSA 40 features a bolt-on tip protector. The practical hanging eyelet on the rear handle allows for secure, space-saving storage.
The HSA 40 cordless hedge trimmer has a cutting length of 50 cm.
