Cordless Hedge Trimmer HSA 140 R: Professional Tool for More Flexibility in Pruning
The extremely powerful, robust STIHL HSA 140 R cordless hedge trimmer tackles demanding tasks in professional garden and landscape maintenance as well as in municipal operations. Thanks to low blade speed and the double-sided sharpened blade in the pruning variant with wider tooth spacing, even thicker branches and twigs are cut efficiently with a constant stroke rate. The EC motor ensures consistent power and a long service life. You can adjust the stroke rate in 3 stages from 2,600 strokes/minute to 3,400 strokes/minute directly on the rotatable multi-function handle.
The STIHL HSA 140 R cordless hedge trimmer is extremely flexible to use with its plug-in lithium-ion battery from the STIHL AP System. Its low noise and vibration levels allow hedges to be cut even without hearing protection and even in noise-sensitive areas. The multi-function handle, which can be rotated 90° to the right and left, always supports an ergonomically favorable working position when cutting in different directions. Friction-optimized blades enable longer battery life and increased service life. The screwed-on cut and guide guards protect you and the cutting attachment.
The STIHL HSA 140 R cordless hedge trimmer is available in 2 cutting lengths of 60 cm and 75 cm.
It is prepared for use with the optionally available STIHL Smart Connector 2 A.
All cordless tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for regular professional use even in adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they have tested splash water protection. The effectiveness is demonstrated by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
For the STIHL HSA 140 R, the splash water protection already proven in internal tests was additionally certified according to IPX4 protection class.
