HLA 86

With a total length of up to 330 cm, the STIHL HLA 86 is a cordless long-reach hedge trimmer that is ideal for maintaining tall hedges, bushes, and ground-level plants. Professionals in gardening and landscaping, municipalities, and caretakers are particularly impressed by its high ergonomics thanks to the weight-reduced square telescopic shaft. You can extend your reach by a total of 70 cm with the hedge trimmer without tools. The double-sided sharpened blades ensure a clean cut. These are driven by an EC motor, which operates so quietly that you can even work in noise-sensitive areas such as residential neighborhoods.

The adjustable cutter bar can be folded parallel to the shaft for easy transport. You can adjust the cutter bar by up to 115° (-45° to +70°). The control handle is equipped with a self-resetting locking lever and can be used by both right- and left-handers. To ensure you can work efficiently at all times, the handle bar is equipped with a non-slip grip.
