Battery AP 20

The STIHL AP System supports you in your daily tasks in garden, landscape, and tree care. The suitable lithium-ion AP batteries help you to use STIHL cordless tools even for demanding jobs. With 4 LED lights, you are always informed about the battery's charge status.

The STIHL AP 20 battery with a nominal voltage of 36 V is versatile, durable, and long-lasting. This allows you to efficiently complete demanding tasks. However, its power is primarily designed for entry-level models of the AP system. For STIHL AP tools with higher power requirements, you should use more powerful batteries from the AP system.

You can recharge the STIHL AP batteries with a nominal voltage of 36 V using the STIHL AL 101 battery charger or another compatible STIHL battery charger.

STIHL AP batteries have the following energy content:

• AP 20 with 144 Wh battery energy, 1.3 kg weight
• AP 30 with 270 Wh battery energy, 1.8 kg weight
• AP 200 with 187 Wh battery energy, 1.3 kg weight 
• AP 200 S with 187 Wh battery energy, 1.3 kg weight
• AP 300 S with 281 Wh battery energy, 1.8 kg weight
• AP 500 S with 337 Wh battery energy, 2.0 kg weight

Regular maintenance, proper charging of the lithium-ion battery, and a suitable environment for storing the battery will help ensure a long service life.
